Icewine, is also known as sweet wine. And indeed, it is really sweet.
Every sip is concentrated in taste and the alcoholic content seems to taste stronger even though it is only 10%, lesser than normal wine. It has almost a light syrup-y feel to it. But it is smooth and feels like honey, as if it is gliding through you mouth and sliding into your throat. This Riesling Icewine is from Canada and I think it's nicer than the one I tried in Canada which was too sweet and horrible.

Dom Perignon from Moet et Chandon is like the best of the best from them. This is an expensive bottle of champagne selling for about $240 - $250 for one bottle. Is it worth it? You bet.
The Dom Perignon is not as sweet compared to the Brut Imperial or the Reserve Imperial. In fact, I wouldn't even describe it as sweet on the first taste. As with the Brut Imperial, it just gets better and better with every sip. Simply wonderful.
Champagne are usually associated with joyous celebrating or just some rich people being able to splash their money (and champagne) around.
The main difference between champagne and wine is that it is bubbly! Also, champagne is only known as champagne when it is produced in the Champagne region in France. If not, it is simply known as Sparkling Wine.
Moet and Chandon needs no introduction for those who like champagne. I don't know how true it is, but on their website, it boldly claims that it is the "Most loved" champagne in the world. But I wouldn't be surprised. =) *Hic.
The Brut Imperial is probably the easier one to obtain, since it is sold almost everywhere. At first sip, its strong grape taste will cover your tastebuds and it may be just a tad sweet for most people. However, after a few more sips, it is extremely easy to finish the whole bottle without noticing it unless you get drunk first. With every sip, it just gets better and better and it is simply lovely and enjoyable. This champagne can be described as light to medium bodied.

Retails at around $84 and box is not included. DFS is of course cheaper. If you do get the chance, do buy the Reserve Imperial which can be found in DFS. It seems to taste not as sweet. But I tried that long ago and I'm not so sure about it now.
Psuedo Sommelier: Hello! Would you like to try some affordable red wine?
Customer: Erm, I'm not very sure. Usually when it's affordable it means it tastes horrible. Too much tannin or something.
Psuedo Sommelier: Well then its your lucky day! Do you like full bodied red wine? Some Cabernet Sauvignon for you?
Customer: Hmm, I like wine, but I do not know much about it. As long as its nice I will like it.
PS: Great! Here's Kendall Jackson's Cabernet Sauvignon. Let me recite from my hard disk what www.kj.com has to say.
Tasting Notes
"Opens with deep black cherry, blackberry and cassis flavors. Intense, round and well-structured tannins provide a strong backbone throughout the middle. Cedar and vanilla notes linger on the finish, beckoning another sip." – Randy Ullom, Winemaster

Ok, enough of play acting, and I must say I think this wine is good. Better than Jacob's Creek of course. Haha. It is smooth and like what the wine master said, you can't stop at a sip. You just want more of it. And its full bodied which I personally like. And since I'm not a wine expert (yet), I can't do all those oak, blackcurrent taste thing.
It is sold at most Cold Storage supermarkets but not at NTUC though. It retails at around $42. Look under USA wine. I think we can start debunking the myth that only wine from France is good enough. Because I honestly think this is good.
Enjoy!
